there, as dozens of different conferences, seminars and EFYs are held at BYU every year. At night you have various YSA activities, in addition to some evening classes. Add all that to the students attending day classes and you have a pretty well utilized campus. Unless you mean it's only under utilized at night, in which case I think you have a point. They could definitely have more classes at night.
