Clearly that teacher has some sort of rare qualification or a PhD that warrants that compensation.

I know a bunch of teachers, most with advanced degrees and other certification. Their listed compensation on that site is $60-70k. Most take home about $45k. Those without masters degrees take home even less.

Teachers are severely underpaid.
