This is cool. But I'm not certain of the tactics.
It would appear to be cover for a handgun round and concealment for rifle.
But it pins you to a location, thus in not sure about its usefulness. But if you needed it, I can't see not using it.
Spindash would have expert, experienced thoughts on it.
