nobody has any sympathy because they are well off family. If they are well off then I'm sure they'll be fine but I do have some sympathy for them. It was their dream home and dream idea. They were counting on the experts to make sure this was an ok place to build. Now after someone has made a serious mistake nobody wants to take culpability. I personally feel bad for them regardless of their circumstances. They paid good money for someone to do the job and do it right.
