Isn't the church already doing something similar to that? Maybe there is not a

BYU Gilbert center. But I know a few women in our ward are taking some classes for BYU. They are old enough to have 10 year old kids. But as soon as the ones who live close to us started classes, I saw her kids wearing BYU gear and going to sports camps.
