or step aside. I'm thrilled we beat Gonzaga. It was a great win in BYU's storied history. He has had several such wins over his tenure as HC here. But we went 21-10 and lost too many bad games. Our season is not defined by our best win but by our body of work. Our performance this year wasn't good enough and doesn't reflect the excellence of BYU athletics. I think Rose's best years are behind him, but I hope I'm wrong, especially if nothing changes on our staff or Rose's philosophy. I'm not going to change my opinion because of one game.
