That's my new reality.

Recently changed companies. With that I decided to get a life insurance policy outside of my company's group policy.

In the process it was determined that my white blood count was high. (15,000) That led to more testing which came back with a positive diagnosis of CLL.

I'm kind of in shock. I'm 40 years old. Seems like this is something that usually effects older people.

As of right now I have no symptoms. Aside from a lab report, physically I feel fine. I don't know what to expect.
