I'd avoid Vineyard's "Stucco Estates." In many of the neighborhoods the houses are literally only 10 feet apart.
The sun will never shine in there. Can you imagine looking through windows only to see your neighbor looking through theirs just 10 feet away? Not me. You could cut your lawn in an hour with just scissors. You could spit from your back patio and hit the house across the fence behind you.

Vineyard is cookie-cutterville. The houses are mostly earth tone square boxes. I could imagine little kids forgetting which house they live in since those on either side look the same. Closer to the lake there are some larger homes with good sized yards, but the mosquitoes are legion in the summer. The wards are going to have to be divided every three months until the whole place fills in, at which point it will be hard to stretch your arms.

Having said all that, young people are moving to Vineyard in droves. There will probably be four nurseries and three primaries in every ward. At Halloween your kids will be able to fill a big bag with candy in just a hundred yards of walking. So there are some good things about Vineyard.
