You'd be surprised how much I do. I've worked with international students for
over 15 years with student recruitment. I was also an athletic director. What St. Mary's is doing is not rocket science. It's just a decision. Everybody has connections. St. Mary's doesn't have the secret key. It's just you either recruit internationally or you don't. There are thousands of 16 an 17 year old's all across the world showcasing and reaching out to schools for a chance. Many are good enough to play at the college level. It's a global world now. Everybody has connections. We just don't recruit overseas for the simple reason we don't recruit out of New York City. Risk-Reward.

You've heard the story about Childs right. BYU didn't recruit him. Childs had to call. Rose said, "well we thought you weren't interested in us."

He was at BINGHAM!!!

How serious is our recruiting? We should step it up a notch. Kalani is doing that. He's all over the pacific right now. It's just a choice.
