There's this thing called water...and the last few years the area is running out

of it. No water=no humans. But, hey, keep building uncontrollably so the area looks good in magazines. Schools in the area are at least 10 years behind. Roads conditions are terrible and getting worse. Other services are overloaded.

At the VERY least slow the growth down for a few years and let the infrastructure catch up.

It's not as bad as you are thinking it is. Nothing that other booming Utah areas haven't dealt with before.
