Can you verbally communicate in a non-native language well enough to carry on a "regular" conversation? For instance, if you were a missionary and learned a foreign language, answer yes (even though your ability to carry on a conversation outside church-related words might not be all that strong). For this poll, I'll include sign language as a "non-native" language. For this poll, when I ask if you can verbally communicate, it doesn't necessarily have to include reading and writing as part of the skill set.
Examples of languages that don't think counts for the purposes of this poll: pigeon (ignoring recent declarations that it's a foreign language), ebonics, military acronyms, tech words, cuss words etc.
