Our nephews trapped one in the woods in their hometown in rural WA. They
spray-painted the possum's back and sides blue.
For the rest of the year there were reports around that part of town regarding sightings of a blue possum. People swore they had really seen the rare blue possum.
I know . . . . . . cruelty to animals.
