I agree with some of your points, but I think $2/hour for one kid is a bit low.
I typically have paid about $4-5 per hour for one kid, and an extra $2-3 dollars per kid after that. Of course, I only have 2 kids, and I figure by the time I have a 4th kid my oldest will be old enough to to babysit, so I don't ever having g to pay more than $10 per hour for babysitting ever in my life (and currently would pay around $7 per hour for 2)
