I just read this article about Gonzaga consistently bringing in transfers and turning them into all-americans during their redshirt (sit-out) year.

This strategy is obviously working for them-Olenyk, Wiltjer, Williams-Goss, Johnathan Williams, etc.
St. Mary's developed the recruiting pipeline down under and they now have a perennial contending program to the WCC throne.
What is BYU's recruiting strategy? Do our recruits improve while they are in the program? Do our transfers improve or get worse during their time here?
I understand that recruits and transfers are a bit of coin toss on what they will become. Some years will be better than others but it seems to be a downward trend for the last 4-5 years or so. With Mika seeing no value in staying, how do we continue to convince RM's to come play here if they have NBA aspirations? Lots of questions, I know I don't have the answers.
