Our little had a 103.48 fever last night and gave him Tylenol. 4 hours ago he seemed fine and his fever did drop through out the day. His fever is back up tonight to 103. We gave him more Tylenol. At what point do you take him in? We have 5 children and my wife thinks give it till tomorrow. I hate seeing our little guy like this. Advice from MDs?
