Actually not concerned at all just having fun thinking what BYU athletics would
look like with $30 extra mil a year!

Here's the other ridiculously stupid but financially promising idea:

Find some way to charge all alumni 5 years after graduation an annual degree renewal fee of $250. Exclude individuals over 65 and those with financial hardships. If you graduated at 25 (avg. BYU graduating age) didn't pay until 30 and were no longer charged after 65 the total cost would only be an additional $8750 over your lifetime, which still makes your education a bargain!

Alumni association said back in May of 2016 that 316000 graduated alumni were still living. Of that lets say this the renewal fee would be charged to 200,000. We are looking at $50 million a year. I'm not greedy so lets say only half of that goes to athletics. Yeah baby!

Better yet, lets just lump in BYU-I and BYU-H alumni with the same renewal. The pot gets even richer and we give them ownership of BYU sports. Michael Scott would call this a "Win, Win, Win."
