Surprised I haven't seen this said. Maybe it has been but I haven't seen it.
BYU needs guys to play in the league.
BYU needs guys to make the league before their senior year.
The faster guys can improve and make the jump, the better off recruiting is.
I think guys like Frank Jackson see that they can come to BYU, play a year or two and make the jump.
If BYU becomes a place where guys frequently go to the league, it's a good thing for the team (assuming you're able to also keep guys 3-4 years without having transfers)
