story.....I once had a Dr that had patients sign a form that they would be
charged $150 office visit if they were late or didn't show to an appointment. I quickly pointed out that my company billed my hours out at $1000/hour and that the time I took off from work would be billed to him at that rate if he was late or didn't show when I was scheduled for an appointment with him. He quickly did away with the stupid form.
