Oh man, this is too funny.
"And on any given play in Football a team can score, in fact almost every single play a football team runs is designed to go the length of the remainder of the field and score a touchdown."

What? How many times have you seen a receiver get to a first down marker and stop, catch the ball, and go down? If the defense doesn't do what they are supposed to, then I guess they *could* go down and score, but the same is true in soccer. Your argument makes no sense.

"And no one is rewarded for a tie game like they are in soccer so no one plays for a tie, they play to win. They may try to tie a game to send it into overtime and then try to win it there but no one is trying to have the game end in a tie like they do in soccer."

That sounds an awful lot like a team trying to "tie the game". NFL teams are rewarded for a tie game more then they are for a loss. Every NFL team would prefer a game end in a tie then end in a loss for them. Again, this argument just doesn't make sense.

"And trying to compare the offsides [sic] rule in football to the one in soccer is not going to work as they are not the same and are not designed to be the same. In soccer the offsides [sic] rule is designed to keep scoring down and prevent it from happening, in football it is a game about field position and you start from the position you've earned, they aren't similar at all."

Like football, soccer is a game about field position. The further you advance the ball, the further up the offside line moves. They are actually a lot more similar than you understand. The offside rule is not designed to keep scoring down. I know you don't understand the game so I won't get into it here, but there have been countless CB threads on this topic.

"Look its fine for you to like soccer but that doesn't mean it isn't a snooze fest and it also doesn't mean it isn't boring by design. The sport tries to be low scoring and lacking in any real action, then throw in that they all want to end in a tie and it just gets ridiculous."

This is a totally reasonable position to have about soccer; I don't blame people for not liking it. Just don't embarrass yourself making silly claims about a game you don't even like, and certainly don't understand.
