I'd say this....

If you wouldn't say it to their face then don't say it at all. I think there are too many people who are big-shots while sitting at a keyboard, but wouldn't have the courage to say it openly. Honest concern and criticism is fine....but how it's said is often what defines a classy fan from a troll.
