Probably. Kid is an opportunist.
This late in the game he needs to sign somewhere. I'm not sure if BYU was still pursuing him (I doubt it since the writing was on the wall he didn't want byu)
If the utes can keep him 4 years I think you will have a good one.
Don't be surprised when he only lasts a year or two because he sees greener grass somewhere else...just the way he approaches things.
