Caffeine in LES. How do we get this to happen? TH, in response to the spring

Game being televised, said "we here you" and it was done. Can we push the issue and if we did, would it make any difference? I, for one, will not buy a drink at a game but if they had DDP, I would. What does the great Almighty CBers say?
