John Walsh doesn't get much respect but he's 1 of 4 QB's to lead BYU to top 10
ranking to end a season along with
Steve Young
Robbie Bosco
and
Steve Sarkisian.
This is something that neither Detmer nor McMahon achieved nor recent fan favorites John Beck and Max Hall.
I'm not saying Walsh is as good or better than any of the above but it seems that he gets lost in the shuffle when compiling lists of the best BYU quarterbacks.
