Can we affirmatively waive those rights to a private property owner if their
condition for entry onto their property is conditioned upon a search? If someone doesn't want to be searched, there is no requirement that they fly to their destination. Would the airport searches be different and considered not unreasonable if it were airline security instead of public security doing the searches?

It's just something I wondered when reading your post as I'd never considered from that POV before.
