I have lowered the cost of my implants to be similar to a 3 unit bridge in order to remove the cost barrier for patients when they are deciding. Occasionally I still have patients that go for the bridge. More than 90% of them regret it later. The implant is far and away better than the bridge. If it were me, I'd pursue the implant. Bridges are a pain in the butt to keep clean and they don't have the same life expectancy as an implant.
