Several things: First, pour as much concrete as you will need as part of the building process.
That includes side of the house/RV pad, back patio extensions, pad for garbage can or other sheds or out buildings you expect to need. Concrete is pricey and getting it poured after you are in and have any landscaping done can be challenging.

I'd also make sure you have a stub for a gas grill in the back yard/patio area. The last 2 houses I've bought were specs and I was too late to have them included. Changing out a tank (did this last week) in the middle of cooking dinner always sucks.

Have the painters prime/base coat the garage. It's easy for them to do before you move in. It's a pain and more cost to do after.

Outlets everywhere! Think about charging stations in closets. Both sides of kitchen island. Multiple in Entertainment area where lots of components are plugged in. Outside plugs for Christmas lights, etc. Cat 5 access points in rooms (how will you lay out the furniture and pick which walls you want them) Wifi is everywhere but hardwired streaming is always smoother if you can do it.

My existing house has no good lighting for the back yard. It'd be nice to have floods in the back. Putting them in after the house is done is a pain.

Have electrician wire/box all bedrooms and any other rooms you would ever conceive of wanting a ceiling fan. Retrofitting existing boxes is a pain.

Plumb for water softener so you don't have to re-route anything later.

Look for places to add closets in large living spaces. We shrunk a corner of a huge basement living room by 2.5 feet but have an enormous game closet in our basement. Also shrunk a hallways from being really wide to normal size and added another pantry/food storage closet in the basement.

I love magnetic closures on closet doors. I love the soft close hinges on cabinets and drawers.

Double sink in kids bathrooms if you'll have multiple kids getting ready for bed simultaneously. I'd even do this over double in the master if I had to choose one or the other.
