Ha! I don't have all those things on my house. It's just the list of everything I'd want.
I'm putting rock down instead of an RV pad. I'm painting my own garage. I don't have every room wired the way I want. Kids rooms don't have ceiling fans (mine does ). I mentioned I don't have lighting in my back yard or the stub I'd like. I paid extra for plumbing for a water softener that still isn't purchased installed (waiting for more money).
I've just moved once and finished 2 basements in the last 3 years so a lot of this stuff is fresh in my mind.
