Medical providers should only be able to charge patients if they have a detailed
Fee schedule of their prices available to the patient PRIOR to providing the service.
As far I'm concerned they should be able to charge whatever they like but that price should be open to inspection by the patient prior to providing the service. If it is not available then sorry out of luck.
