1. Second (or bigger/tankless) water heater; 2. Hot water circulating pump;
3. Ethernet to every room;
4. Premium garage door (we are looking into replacing our four year old garage door because we didn't think about it and it looks cheap);
5. All exterior doors installed with security strike plates and dead bolts (expensive and difficult to retrofit)
