The Pros hit in the center of the club every time!
If you can’t figure out your game, go to the range with a can of talcum powder. Rub the talcum on the club face between every shot and you'll be amazed how consistently few times you hit the center. Long irons have probably the worst percentage of center hits for amateurs.
