we tore that stupid waste of space out and enlarged the vanity. Impressive showers are more attractive to buyers than a silly tub. Also, with a walk in and space for a seat, you can use it in your old age even easier than a tub.

I'd recommend a large shower with 2 shower heads, a bench and a steam generator. We love ours.

Also, my wife raves about the heated tile floors (she wasn't sure why I was putting those in for her), a bidet seat and if possible, a nice opening skylight.
