Indiana just announced a new policy that anyone with a history of sexual violenc
will not be admitted as a student athlete. No transfers, no recruits will be permitted if they've been convicted or have repeated incindents. SEC has something similar but Indiana's was pretty far reaching.

Couple of interesting points from the AD interview
1) they asked the Big10 to do something conference wide but were told it should be "handled at the school level".

2) AD said that lots of incoming kids at this age have "problems with this". Really? Do lots of kids have issues with rape, and assault?

3) interviewer asked if this was to make a statement or for liability. AD chuckled and said both. so funny.
