People keep saying that his relationship to Brad Stevens is "overstated" and
a "lazy narrative".
Go read about it. They're extremely tight. They talk on the phone all the time and get together in the offeseason. Brad Stevens was even one of the first people he ever followed on twitter (dumb I know, but still significant).
