nucleus of players around him, he's going to be very successful in Utah. Plus, as a family man, I have to believe that the Salt Lake area isn't a negative for him living here like some of the younger single guys would probably view it.
If he stays and the Jazz can keep Gobert for many years, that's like a Stockton/Malone type of duo that the Jazz can build around. They have a ton of young talent and the money available to go after some other good players. If George Hill wants too much money, the Jazz can attract other options. With a good point guard that is healthy, a healthy Favors, and if Hood can be more consistent with his shot, the Jazz are a #3 seed in the West next year.
