I never use the mission as an excuse for not winning games, there are too many other built-in advantages at BYU that missions shouldn't prevent us from winning... but the NFL isn't BYU and there are definite disadvantages to mission service for the NFL mindset. Sitake may improve it, but it wont ever be what other schools, including Utah, can be because over half of their players aren't old men by NFL standards.
