About stuff, but I figured what the heck. May as well see what happens.

Here's how the conversation went:
Me: "hi, I just picked up my bags and this one has been ripped clean open."
Delta lady: "let me take a look." She looks and says "hold on"
She left in the back and came back with a brand new bag with tags nearly identical to the bag that had been ruined.
Delta lady "will this work as a replacement!"

I literally said one sentence and they replaced my bag. I figured it would have been harder than that. so anyway, go Delta.
