I go up to the Hawaiian airlines counter and show it to them and the nice employee says I can file a claim for the value of my luggage or take a replacement and the matter will be closed. The replacement is a plastic piece of garbage and the damaged bag was really nice. But it was the beginning of my trip and I had no alternative as my bag literally could hold my belongings anymore so I took the bag. She cheerfully has me sign some paper work and says how much she loves it when she can solve customer's problems. Yeah, thanks a lot.
