Army also wants games in Virginia....not so much in Utah.

Liberty is a great road game for Army because it is a beatable opponent in a somewhat proximate state that is high on Army's list for recruiting - both students and athletes. Army already comes out West to Air Force and games in California. I don't see that Army is very eager to play a tough opponent in a small western state.
