Getting ready to make my first brisket. Any pointers?
Got the brisket this morning. 12 pounds. I marinated it in KC Masterpiece all afternoon. Now ready to slip it into the oven so that it can cook overnight. Going for the "slow and low" approach.

I've seen tons of BBQ posts here, so any and all "secrets" welcome.
