It all depends on your Scout program...ours was designed for Eagle by 14...

We had a few stragglers, but the overall program was good for every kid and they enjoyed the scout camps and activities.

A kid pretty much just had to show up and attend camps and they had their Eagle at 14.

I enjoyed every minute with my boys in Scouts, both as a Scoutmaster and father that volunteered regularly to help. Great memories.
