Get one that is comfortable and take it to a place that does alterations to fix the sleeves and hem the legs.
Some people will thumb their noses at a place like Burlington, but I get the most compliments on one of my cheaper suits.
In about 95% of situations, if not more, the vast majority of people will not be snobbish about a suit. I have to work with some high powered lobbyists from time to time and some of the most successful dudes are a bit frumpy.
