I thought we were already living the glory day's of 1979-1985 right now.
If you look at the teams we beat back then, most of our wins came at the expense of WAC teams and a few out of conference easy games like Utah State. I don't remember beating any teams that finished in the top 10 except for maybe Air Force.
That is what we are doing know, but we can't win the big games against top teams like Michigan, Utah, West Virginia and some of the others that are on our schedule.
