safeties I've seen play high school football in Utah. Very Eric Weddle-esque. The kid could absolutely lay the wood (he knocked multiple opponents out cold.) He had a nose for the ball and absolutely destroyed people. He was one heck of a football player. It was unfortunate what happened to him his Junior Year on a freak play. I definitely saw NFL potential in him as a safety as he has the prototypical size for the position.

But Mid-Upper 90's lefty doesn't come around every day. Can't say I blame the kid. Best of luck to him.
