All three played most of the snaps last year. Luafatasaga and Tauteoli looked good, Barton looked okay.
Tauteoli last year: 10 starts, 29/28 tackles, 3 TFL, 2 PBU, 1 FF, 1 FR, 1 INT
Luafatasaga last year: 8 starts, 36/16 tackles, 5 TFL, 3 PBU, 1 FF
Barton last year: 5 starts, 37/29 tackles, 8.5 TFL, 3 PBU.
Luafatasaga was a juco, so he'll be a Senior and should be very good next year. Tauteoli should take a step forward as a Senior as well. I expect Barton to actually make the biggest improvement between his Sophomore season and this year's Junior season.
There are also the two transfers, Ippolito (from Arizona) and Liljenquist (Weber/Snow) but I don't know anything about how they've looked as Utes. Ippolito was constantly hurt in Tucson and Liljenquist is supposed to be a weight room monster, but who knows if either will see the field. I'm expecting Liljenquist to get his shot next year, not this year, but I don't know if he'll be able to take advantage. I'm expecting Ippolito to only show up in mop-up duty, but he did solid stats at Arizona, when he was on the field (through 20 healthy games he had 56/24 tackles, 10.5 TFL, 2 FR)
