Get a rib rack and cook most if not all at the same time. Reheated ribs are still good, but not nearly as good as "fresh" ribs. Plus it will be obvious when serving right after the originals.

Ribs and tri-tip are my favorite smoker meals. Well, that and brisket and chicken thighs. Oh, ABT's and pork shoulder and meatloaf.
