Dude was the luckiest man to ever storm Hollywood.
He would struggle to write a decent comic book, let alone a decent dramatic script.
He got lucky time & again with that first movie -- & he had the work ethic & shameless idiocy to build a blockbuster tradition outa it.
And we the people ate the crap up (or let our children eat it up, anyways).
