Yeah, but NBA refs haven't been going by the rules for decades.
4 step no traveling, carrying/palming is nonexistent, drawn out continuation on and-1s, jumping into defenders to draw fouls, stars getting preferential treatment, and on and on.
Rules in the NBA is a nice idea at best and a joke in reality.
