I have met Jeff Chatman multiple times, we communicate on occasion on social media. He is very involved with youth basketball, as many of his posts are from AAU tournaments somewhere. I have not seen him post anything on BYU in over a year, I did not see him at any football games last fall, which I normally do. Not sure what really happened with Jordan, but I sure hope no bridge was burned with this family. His conversion and years of church service, are a shining story and example to all, and I would not want their to be bitter feelings against his alma mater.
