Assume that you can't use more than 10 vacation days/year aside from federal holidays and that you would have to be "on call" for most of those vacation days. Also, your alternative job would be 40 hours/week and provide a comfortable, middle-upper middle class quality of life in a suburban, average cost of living setting and 25+ vacation days/year that you're not on call.
