You people entirely overestimate BYU and the experience.

Anyone who wouldn't drop out to pursue their dream with a guaranteed job and incredible starting salary, is an idiot. College doesn't mean that much, nor should it.

Most kids don't grow up dreaming of playing college basketball, and most would jump at the opportunity to see if they have a shot in the NBA. Mika did, and well he had a pretty freaking amazing fallback plan

This isn't Max Hall leaving for the Arena league, it's Max hall leaving at the peak of his draftability (cause Mika wasn't getting drafted next year), and not making the NFL, and having a fall back that is guaranteed money, in a beautiful city on the Aldriatic coast, with a starting salary better than 95% of BYU grads.

There isn't a decision to make here. I wish he had stayed, I would've loved for him to become a BYU legend, but would you gamble your future at a sport by not getting paid to play for a school?

Mika can always finish his degree, and move on with a 'normal' life. He had nothing to gain by staying
